These Printlyhub Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Printlyhub website (“Website”) and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Printlyhub OÜ (“Printlyhub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using this Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Account – A personal user profile created on the Website to access and manage orders, wallet balance, and design uploads.
• Product – Any physical item (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, phone cases) available for purchase on the Website.
• Custom Design – Any image or text uploaded by the User to be printed on a Product.
• Wallet – A feature that allows Users to top up balance and pay for products.
• Order – A confirmed request to purchase one or more Products through the Website.
• Return – A request to return a Product under our return policy.
• Refund – A partial or full reimbursement following a valid return request.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, Users must create an Account by providing accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. How to Order

1. Create a secure account via the “Account” button in the header.
2. Top up your Wallet by clicking on “My Wallet” and then “Top Up.”
3. Choose a ready-made design or upload your own, select your product, and complete checkout with accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Product Designs

All designs available on Printlyhub are created or licensed by us and are provided exclusively through the Website. Customers may choose from our pre-made designs only. The option to upload custom designs is not available at this time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within up to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. To request a return:

• Contact us at info@printlyhub.store with your order number and reason for return.
• Custom products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including logos, designs, and product photos, is the property of Printlyhub or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Printlyhub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by shipping providers or events beyond our control.
• User-uploaded content that infringes third-party rights.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using our Website, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
